Soho Theatre London announced that it has signed a three-series deal for ‘Soho Theatre Live’ with Amazon Prime Video, bringing the company’s signature comedy to Prime Video’s UK/Ireland audiences from next month. Soho Theatre Live Series 1 is available from 3 December 2020, and features 11 comedy films from Soho Theatre On Demand.
The jewel in the crown of this series is our smash hit show, High Heels In Low Places, written and performed by the Queen of Ireland, Panti Bliss.
Hilarious and poignant, High Heels in Low Places traces Panti’s journey from small-town boy kicking against traditions to towering plastique woman making history. Exposing the stories behind the make-up, Panti invites you one more time in to her gender-discombobulating, stiletto-shaped, lash-flapping world, to reveal the National F*cking Treasure she is today.
